隔墙工程、门窗工程、楼地面装饰工程、天棚工程、墙、柱面装饰工程、电气系统、弱电系统、火灾报警系统、空调及新风系统等。（具体数量及要求详见图纸及工程量清单）
Brief Specification Description: This project is located at Building D, Shanghai Digital Industry Park, No. 1018, Dong Sanliqiao Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. This project involves the decoration of the office areas on the 3rd to 5th floors of Building D in Shanghai Digital Industrial Park, with each floor having a construction area of 774.8 square meters. The main job contents include partition wall engineering, door and window engineering, floor and ground decoration engineering, ceiling engineering, wall and column decoration engineering, electrical system, weak current system, fire alarm system, air conditioning and fresh air system, etc. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the drawings and bill of quantities.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，支持中小企业发展：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时，中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。 （2）扶持监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；（3）优先采购节能环保产品政策：在技术、服务等指标同等条件下，对财政部财库〔2019〕18号和财政部财库〔2019〕19号文公布的节能环保产品品目清单中的产品实行优先采购；对节能产品品目清单中以“★”标注的产品，实行强制采购。供应商须提供具有国家确定的认证机构出具的、处于有效期之内的认证证书方能享受优先采购或强制采购政策。(4）购买国货政策：本项目不接受进口产品。

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、具备建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
2、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
3、拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
4、业绩要求：无；
5、其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: Possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects; 2. Possess a valid work safety license; 3. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 4. Performance requirements: None; 5. Other requirements: None.
