简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目为康桥镇东康整治辅助服务，拟通过公开招标方式选择一位合格投标人配合和执行城管中队在整个康桥镇东康区域内安排的各项工作，包括市容管理、黑车管理、住宅小区管理以及其他整治工作。月度工作量暂定10940小时。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project is an auxiliary service for the renovation of Dongkang in Kangqiao Town. It is planned to select a qualified bidder through public bidding to cooperate with and carry out all the work arranged by the urban management squadron in the whole Dongkang area of Kangqiao Town, including city appearance management, black car management, residential area management and other renovation work. The monthly workload is tentatively set at 10940 hours. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
