Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Hospital-wide Outsourcing Services for Professional Medical Equipment Maintenance, Servicing, and Asset Management.Services include: on-site personnel support, professional equipment management systems, equipment inventory auditing, malfunction repairs, routine periodic maintenance, regular equipment inspections, collaboration with quality control and related inspections, assistance in metrological verification, and provision of equipment IoT connectivity.For detailed requirements, please refer to Chapter 3: Service Requirements.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本采购项目推行节能产品、环境标志产品政府采购，促进中小企业、监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位发展，扶持不发达地区和少数民族地区等相关政策。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This procurement project implements government procurement policies for energy-saving products and environmentally labeled products, promotes the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, prison enterprises, and disability welfare organizations, and supports underdeveloped regions and ethnic minority areas in accordance with relevant policies.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、单位负责人为同一人或存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；
