Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project involves property management services for the Shanghai Lingang New Area Urban Construction Transportation Affairs Center (Shanghai Lingang New Area Housing Security Affairs Center, Shanghai Lingang New Area Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Station), encompassing facility and equipment management, security, cleaning, landscaping services, and related tasks.
合同履约期限：自合同签订生效且采购人通知入场之日起一年。
The Contract Period: One year from the date the contract takes effect and the purchaser notifies the contractor to commence work.
