简要规则描述：1.参与灭火应急救援工作：根据消防救援支队的统一调度，参与周边区域灭火和应急救援处置工作。
2.参与火场周边秩序维护：消防救援站到场后接受现场指挥员统一调度，配合做好外围火场处置工作，及时向消防救援支队提供掌握的前期情况。
3.做好器材的维护管理：按照相关规定做好器材的管理工作，对因训练、工作造成的器材损耗及时上报。
4.参与防火巡查检查工作：根据消防救援支队，北蔡镇消防委等相关单位要求开展防火巡查检查工作。
5.参与消防安全宣传工作：按照上述相关单位要求开展消防宣传工作。
6.参与相关管理工作：按照上述相关单位要求协助开展消防安全管理、社会管理等相
关工作。
7.参加学习、训练：根据工作需要，加强相关业务的学习和训练，提高工作技能水平（训练科目和标准由消防救援支队另定）。
8.完成浦东新区、北蔡镇消防委布置的相关消防工作。

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：促进中小企业发展、促进残疾人就业。根据《政府采购促进中小企业发展管理办法》（财库[2020]46号）及《关于进一步加大政府采购支持中小企业力度的通知》〔2022〕19号规定执行。
