Terms of Payment：The supplier promises that the Equipment shall meet the requirements of the buyer when it arrives at the construction site. Settlement will be handled on the 10th of each month. After the supplier provides the official invoice, the buyer shall enter into the account in the current month, and pay 100% of the purchase price within 30 days after receiving the invoice (bank transfer). The rental fee often includes the cost of depreciation, overhaul, maintenance, one driver’s salary, benefits, safety facilities, lubricants expenses, insurance, and various expenses specified in the regulations. Fuel charge shall be borne by the buyer. The buyer shall provide periodically quota fuel for EQUIPMENTS.
