简要规则描述：定期对设施翻新维护，设备调试，外观清洁，日常巡检，及时进行故障排除，保障对采购人的防冲撞设施及控制管理平台软件在出现故障时能在最短的时间内得到及时维修（包括软件升级、维护设备），确保防冲撞装置正常安全稳定运行。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: Regularly renovate and maintain the facilities, debug the equipment, clean the appearance, conduct daily inspections, and promptly eliminate faults to ensure that the anti-collision facilities and control management platform software of the purchaser can be repaired in the shortest time (including software upgrades and equipment maintenance) when faults occur, ensuring the normal, safe and stable operation of the anti-collision devices. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起12个月

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高小微企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持小微企业政策：本项目专门面向小微企业采购，评审时小微企业均不执行价格扣除优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and micro enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and micro enterprises for procurement. During the evaluation, no price deduction preferential policies will be implemented for small and micro enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
