简要规则描述：为配合高东产业园天然气排管需要，拟对高东一路、高东二路、高东新路、高翔路等路面进行开挖，并按照《上海市交通委员会关于进一步加强本市道路掘路管理的通知》要
求和技术标准，对开挖的路面进行掘路修复。主要实施内容：车道翻挖、道路恢复、道路面层铣刨、沥青面层摊铺等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单）
Brief Specification Description: In order to meet the needs of natural gas drainage in Gaodong Industrial Park, it is planned to excavate the roads such as Gaodong No.1 Road, Gaodong No.2 Road, Gaodong New Road and Gaoxiang Road, and repair the excavated roads according to the technical standards of the Notice of Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission on Further Strengthening the Management of Road Excavation in this Municipality. Main implementation contents: lane digging, road restoration, road surface milling and planing, asphalt surface paving, etc. (See the bill of quantities for specific quantity and requirements)

（4）市政公用工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）拟派项目负责人具有市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; (4) Grade III or above qualification for general contracting of municipal public works; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer with a major in municipal public works of Grade II or above, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
