Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: To consistently enhance the weekend evening atmosphere around Dishui Lake and maintain the festive spirit during traditional holidays, it is proposed to hold light show and fireworks displays every Saturday and during key festive periods from the date of contract signing until the end of 2026. (For specific details, please refer to Chapter 3: Service Requirements.)
合同履约期限：2026年1月1日起至2026年12月31日。
The Contract Period: From January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小微企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠；（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policy for Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs): This project is exclusively procured from SMEs. During the evaluation, products offered by micro and small enterprises will not be subject to any price assessment discounts.
(2) Policy for Supporting Welfare Enterprises for Persons with Disabilities: Such enterprises are eligible for the same preferential treatment as micro and small enterprises.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
（2）未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
（3）本项目不允许转包。
