(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.1未被列入《信用中国网站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单和“中国政府采购网”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单[以查询的提交首次响应文件截止之日前3年内的信用记录为准]。
3.2具备建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质或建筑装修装饰工程专业承包资质二级及以上，并具备有效的安全生产许可证。
3.3拟派项目经理具有建筑工程专业贰级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目经理。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Not included in the list of people executed for breach of trust on the Credit China Website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of parties to major tax violation cases and serious violations of trust in government procurement of the Chinese Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) Record list [subject to the credit record within 3 years before the deadline for submission of the first response document of the inquiry]. 3.2 Have the qualification of construction engineering general contracting level 3 or above or the qualification of construction decoration engineering professional contracting level 2 or above, and have a valid safety production license. 3.3 The project manager to be assigned has the qualification of a registered construction engineer in the construction engineering major or above, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as a project manager of other construction projects under construction.
