Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: For the open areas of the coastal forest park, the following tasks will be implemented according to the standards for second-category conservation green spaces: maintenance, facility management, sanitation cleaning, and safety management. For the areas yet to be opened, maintenance will be carried out in accordance with the public welfare forest conservation standards for third-level maintenance.
合同履约期限：本项目服务期限自2025年8月8日起期限三年，采取一次招标三年沿用、分三个年度分别签订合同的方式实施。
The Contract Period: This project shall have a service term of three years commencing on August 8, 2025. Implementation shall be carried out through a single tender process valid for the entire three-year period, with separate contracts executed annually for each year.
