简要规则描述：新高苑一期自2006年入住至今已有19年，目前由于路灯线路老化、灯罩破损严重，大部分路灯已无法正常使用，夜间照明严重不足，严重影响小区居民夜间正常出入，拟在小区内全面更换路灯及所有线路。项目主要内容包括：原有路灯拆除、沥青路面开挖及恢复、草坪开挖及回填、路灯基础制作、穿管穿线、路灯安装以及零星修补等。（具体数量及要求详见图纸及工程量清单）
Brief Specification Description: It has been 19 years since the first phase of Xingaoyuan was occupied in 2006. At present, due to the aging of street lamp lines and the serious damage of lampshades, most street lamps can no longer be used normally, and the lighting at night is seriously insufficient, which seriously affects the normal access of residents in the community at night. It is planned to completely replace street lamps and all lines in the community. The main contents of the project include: demolition of original street lamps, excavation and restoration of asphalt pavement, lawn excavation and backfilling, street lamp foundation production, pipe threading, street lamp installation and sporadic repair.
