(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、投标人具备建设部颁发的水利水电工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；
4、项目负责人具备水利水电工程二级及以上注册建造师执业资格。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. The bidder shall possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for water conservancy and hydropower construction issued by the Ministry of Construction. 4. The project leader shall possess a second-level or above registered constructor professional qualification in water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
