简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：因新唐镇敬老院管理运行需要，拟通过公开招标方式选择一位合格供应商运营管理新唐镇敬老院，包括不限于敬老院业务接待、行政人事、长者生活照料、医疗服务、文化娱乐、膳食供应、后勤保障、安全保障、财务、设施设备管理等方面的全面管理。（具体详见第三章服务需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Due to the needs of the management and operation of the new Tang Zhen nursing home, it is planned to select a qualified supplier to operate and manage the new Tang Zhen nursing home through public bidding, including comprehensive management of business reception, administrative personnel, life care for the elderly, medical services, culture and entertainment, food supply, logistics support, security, finance, facilities and equipment management, etc. (See Chapter III Service Requirements for details)
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起一年。

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目不是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品享受10%的价格折扣优惠；（2）残扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policy of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for purchasing small and medium-sized enterprises, and the products of small and micro enterprises enjoy a 10% price discount at the time of evaluation; (2) Disabled welfare units are supported and regarded as small and micro enterprises.
