Brief Specification Description: This project mainly carries out indoor decoration work for Rooms 301, 302 and 303, No.23, Lane 299, Dechun Road. The main contents of the project include: new partition wall, new structural column, carpet laying, marble threshold, gypsum board ceiling, light strip, wall decoration, wall brick laying, electrical engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, fire protection engineering, HVAC engineering, etc. (See drawings and bill of quantities for specific quantity and requirements)

（4）建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; (4) Grade III or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
