1.1 The Project Management Department of the OP Section of Bosnia and Herzegovina Vc Corridor Expressway of CCCC Second Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. Sixth Engineering Company has obtained the construction approval. The project owner is Bosnia and Herzegovina Federation Highway Co., Ltd., and the construction funds have been secured. The lessee is the Project Management Department of the OP Section of Bosnia and Herzegovina Vc Corridor Expressway of CCCC Second Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. The double-arm rock drilling rig is now available for rental, and the public single-source rental method will be adopted in an electronic form.1.2 The double-arm rock drilling rig will be used for the construction of the main line of the project under the Project Management Department of the OP Section of Bosnia and Herzegovina Vc Corridor Expressway of CCCC Second Highway Engineering Co., Ltd.1.3 Once this announcement is released, the inquiry work will be initiated.

The main line of the OP Section of Bosnia and Herzegovina Vc Corridor Expressway Project has a total length of 11.985 km, which is a newly-built two-way four-lane highway. The main works of the project include 3 bridges with a single-span length of 2301.8 m, 2 tunnels with a total single-span length of 2844.56 m, as well as other auxiliary works such as subgrade, pavement, mechanical and electrical traffic safety facilities. The project technical standards comply with the national standards of Bosnia and Herzegovina and European standards, with a construction period of 24 months.

5. Qualification Requirements for Bidders

5.1 Business scope requirement: The bidder shall be a legally registered distributor with independent legal person status within Bosnia and Herzegovina, having experience in the production or supply of the inquired equipment, and holding valid business license, tax registration certificate, organizational code certificate and other legal documents.

5.2 Financial capability requirement: The bidder shall have a sound financial status.

5.3 Performance and credit requirement: The supplier shall have a good social reputation, with no lawsuits or arbitrations caused by illegal acts in the past 3 years, no seizure or freezing of assets, and the enterprise shall not be in a state of being prohibited from bidding or having its bidding qualification cancelled.

5.4 If a bidder is included in the control list or blacklist of suppliers by the superior unit or peer unit of the procurement organization in the Jiaorongzhilian System, its bid shall be rejected.
