简要规则描述：为提升樱花园整体环境，满足市民赏樱休闲需求，在保留与提升相结合的原则下，拟实施樱花园整体景观提升工程。主要实施内容：①绿化工程：移除绿化，移栽垂丝海棠，新建草坪，绿化补种，大树修剪，补充种植土、营养土；②拆除工程：拆除混凝土地面、透水铺装面层、旧花坛、垃圾箱；③铺装工程：花岗岩铺装、新建压模混凝土地面、铺透水砖面层、新建混凝土侧石；④设施安装工程：新建水磨石花坛带木凳面、新建异形花架、现状木格栅翻新、砖砌仿石坐凳、成品座椅更新、垃圾箱安装、游园指示牌；⑤景观灯安装（含排管排线）。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸）。
