简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目采购内容包含8米L4高级别自动驾驶公交车辆含动力电池、自动驾驶系统及运维服务、取得L4无人自动驾驶示范运营牌照。
A.2套8米L4高级别自动驾驶公交车辆含动力电池及服务包（电池供应商按国家和地方技术标准要求提供全生命周期质保维保及零配件更换等系统配套服务）。
B.L4级自动驾驶系统包括硬件、软件和示范运营期间的维保等，道路运营测试牌照，需通过有人道路测试、无人道路测试、示范应用和示范运营四个阶段测试后方可获得。
C.需满足浦东新区和使用人管理要求，提供L4高级别公交车的示范运营车辆数据接口。

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The procurement content of this project includes 8-meter L4 high-level autonomous driving public vehicles with power batteries, autonomous driving systems, and operation and maintenance services, as well as the acquisition of L4 unmanned autonomous driving demonstration operation licenses. A. Two sets of 8-meter L4 high-level autonomous driving public vehicles with power batteries and service packages (battery suppliers provide full life cycle quality assurance maintenance and spare parts replacement according to national and local technical standards). B. The L4 level autonomous driving system includes hardware, software, and maintenance during the demonstration operation period, road operation test license, which requires passing four stages of tests: manned road test, unmanned road test, demonstration application, and demonstration operation before obtaining it. C. It is necessary to meet the requirements of Pudong New Area and users, providing data interfaces for L4 high-level bus
