简要规则描述：本项目为2025年度康桥镇妇女“两病”筛查医疗服务项目，拟通过公开竞争性磋商选择一名合格的供应商对康桥镇符合条件的适龄户籍妇女开展“两病”筛查服务，具体包括：妇科三合诊检查、阴道分泌物检查、阴超、宫颈积液细胞检测、乳房手诊检查、乳房彩超检查，预计检查人数约5260人。本项目最高限价（元）：1200000.00元，单价限价为228元/人。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: This project is a medical service project for screening women's "two diseases" in Kangqiao town in 2025. It is planned to select a qualified supplier to carry out the "two diseases" screening service for eligible registered women in Kangqiao town through open and competitive consultation, including: gynecological three-in-one examination, vaginal discharge examination, Yin Chao, cervical effusion cell test, breast hand examination and breast color Doppler ultrasound examination. The estimated number of examinees is about 5,260. The maximum price limit of this project (RMB): RMB 1,200,000.00, and the unit price limit is RMB 228/person. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起至2025年10月31日止。

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业均不执行价格扣除优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: this project is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and small and micro enterprises do not implement price deduction concessions during evaluation. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须具有卫生行政部门核发的《医疗机构执业许可证》；
（4）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织；
（5）本项目不允许转包。
