简要规则描述：现拟选取一家合格的供应商对唐镇区域内的农村非居建筑、城镇非居建筑进行专项排查提供技术服务工作，为有效管理区域内城镇非居建筑、农村非居建筑提供技术保障。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: It is planned to select a qualified supplier to conduct special investigation and provide technical services for rural non-residential buildings and urban non-residential buildings in Tang Zhen, so as to provide technical support for effective management of urban non-residential buildings and rural non-residential buildings in the region. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起至2025年9月底。
The Contract Period: From the date of signing the contract to the end of September 2025.
