Brief Specification Description: Renovate water accumulation points at locations with severe water accumulation, such as Lianyuan Road (from Bohua Road to Jinxiu Road), Nanxin Fourth Village, Nanxin Sixth Village, and the underground garage of Building 59, Lane 320, Lvlin Road.
合同履约期限：190日历天，具体以合同签订为准。
The Contract Period: 190 calendar days, subject to the signing of the contract.

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：促进中小企业发展、促进残疾人就业。根据《政府采购促进中小企业发展管理办法》（财库[2020]46号）及《关于进一步加大政府采购支持中小企业力度的通知》〔2022〕19号规定执行。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and facilitate employment for people with disabilities. According to the Management Measures for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises through Government Procurement (Caiku [2020] No. 46) and the Notice on Further Increasing Government Procurement Support for Small and Medium sized Enterprises (2022] No. 19), it shall be implemented.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）具备建设部颁发的市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质。
(4)具有建设部门颁发的《安全生产许可证》(有效期内）。
（5）拟派的项目经理须具有市政公用工程注册建造师二级及其以上资格及有效的安全考核证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目经理。
（6）本项目专门面向中小企业采购。
（7）本项目不接受联合体投标。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Having the third level or above qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction issued by the Ministry of Construction. (4) The project manager has a second level or higher qualification as a registered construction engineer for municipal public works. (5) This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
