简要规则描述：文化中心大楼自2005年建成并投入使用以来，迄今20年，因此前遭遇台风等极端天气，造成屋顶铝扣板脱落，存在很大的安全隐患，拟对文化中心屋顶进行修缮。同时，大楼入口处部分玻璃幕墙漏气、爆裂，拟做更换处理。项目主要内容包括：钢结构铝板拆除、钢结构修缮、外包铝塑板更换、底板更换、幕墙玻璃更换、零星修缮、屋顶满堂脚手架等。（具体数量及要求详见图纸及工程量清单）
Brief Specification Description: It has been 20 years since the Cultural Center Building was completed and put into use in 2005. As a result, the aluminum gusset plate on the roof fell off due to extreme weather such as typhoon, which has great security risks. It is planned to repair the roof of the Cultural Center. At the same time, some glass curtain walls at the entrance of the building leaked and burst, and it is planned to be replaced. The main contents of the project include: aluminum plate removal of steel structure, steel structure repair, replacement of outsourced aluminum-plastic plate, replacement of bottom plate, replacement of curtain wall glass, sporadic repair, and scaffolding on the roof. （4）建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; (4) Grade III or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
