简要规则描述：贯彻落实市委、市政府关于开展城镇非居、农村非居建筑专项排查的指示精神，本次需对新区下发清单，城镇非居建筑1119栋、农村非居建筑4579栋，合计5698栋非居房屋进行安全排查。
Brief Specification Description: To implement the instructions of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on conducting special inspections of non residential buildings in urban and rural areas, a list of 5698 non residential buildings, including 1119 urban non residential buildings and 4579 rural non residential buildings, need to be issued for safety inspections in the new area.
合同履约期限：合同签订后至2025年8月31日完成整个服务，并通过采购人验收。
The Contract Period: After the contract is signed, the entire service will be completed and accepted by the purchaser by August 31, 2025.

（2）本项目不允许转包。
